Joseph Connell
Joseph chose to study Music for the Higher School Certificate because it provided him with stress release from his other subjects. He studied Music 2 Unit Course 1 at Trinity Catholic College, Lismore. He completed his 5th grade singing exam with honours and has also completed grades in violin and piano. From an early age, Joseph has competed in many eisteddfods in which he has won many awards. He was also selected to perform as part of the 1999 OnSTAGE Drama showcase. In 2000 he begins a Bachelor of Arts in Musical Theatre at the Western Australian Academy of Performing Arts. He hopes to be successful in the musical theatre industry and would eventually like to pursue a career in opera. He is joined tonight by John Hartley, Malcolm Watts, Joel Burton, Josh Shelton, Monica Hopley, Melissa Button, Mark Slingsbury, Warwick Matson, Jehanne Barker, Clare Hall, Carly Brown and Erin Kennedy.
