Karina Aivazian
Karina Aivazian studied 3 Unit Music at St Catherine's School, Waverley. Karina began her piano studies at the age of 7 at a Moscow art school. When she moved to Australia, she was accepted into the Conservatorium High School where she studied piano and recorder. In 1998, she won a music scholarship to St Catherine's School where she continued with piano, studying 3 Unit Music, specialising in composition. In 2001 Karina begins a Bachelor of Software Engineering degree at the University of New South Wales. The Dream is performed tonight by Karina Aivazian (piano), Karen Bruce (voice), Leia Alexander (violin), Claire Madeleine (violin) and Stela Solar (cello).
