Lara de Wit
Lara de Wit studied 3 Unit Music at North Sydney Girls High School and specialised in composition. She plays the piano, violin and trumpet and has performed in many bands, orchestras, string and vocal groups. Lara has been awarded her AMusA in piano and has received many prizes for both ensemble and solo performances at eisteddfods and music compositions. Tonight, Concerto Grosso is performed by the North Sydney Girls High School String Ensemble for whom it was composed. Lara plays in the violin section and the soloists are Roslyn Nippita and Claire Rannard.
