Wei Jiang
Wei Jiang was in Year 10 in 2000 and studied 3 Unit Music, Mathematics and Business Studies as an accelerated student. She began her studies in piano and musicianship at the age of 7 and has won several regional eisteddfods and competitions. These include the Music Teachers' Association Pianoforte Scholarship and the United Music Teachers' Prize for Excellence in Musicianship, as well as being a finalist in the Yamaha Youth Piano Competition and the Kur-ring-gai Concerto Competition. Wei was awarded her AMusA in piano at the age of 12 and her LMusA at the age of 15 and aspires to be a professional musician, She is joined tonight by Kristy Fisher (violin) and Eleanor Betts (cello).
