Huw Parkinson
Huw Parkinson studied 3 Unit Music at the Hunter School of the Performing Arts. He has been studying the tuba since 1992 and has competed at regional, state and national levels in both solo and ensemble performances. Huw is a full time member of the Sydney Youth Orchestra. He has also been part of the University of Newcastle Wind Orchestra, University of Newcastle Concert Band, and the Toronto District Brass Band. Huw is currently working toward his AMusA and aspires to be a professional composer. He is accompanied tonight by Erin Sweetman.
