Lucas Edmonds
Lucas Edmonds began learning the piano at the age of 4. He started to learn percussion in 1994, and studied with the Head of Percussion at the Canberra School of Music in 2001. Lucas won the school prizes for music from 1996 to 2001 and the trophy for All-round Musicianship, as well as school colours for music. Lucas plans to study to be a doctor while continuing to be involved with music. In 2002 he begins a degree in Medical Science at the Australian National University. He is joined tonight by Veronica Walshaw on marimba.
