Kate Lawson
Kate Lawson studied Music 2 and Music Extension at St George Girls High School. She has been playing the flute since she was eight years old when she began with the primary school band. Kate has since played with the Sydney Schools Symphonic Wind Ensemble, the Sydney Symphony Orchestra, and in the Sydney 2000 Olympic ceremonies. In 2002 Kate will commence a Bachelor of Music degree at the Sydney Conservatorium of Music. Kate is accompanied tonight by Tony Baldwin on piano.
